Dress to impress! Our wedding is formal or black tie preferred, meaning women should wear a snazzy midi/tea-length or floor length dress. Men should wear either a dark suit with a tie or a tuxedo. The ceremony and reception will be outside on the lawn - please keep that in mind with shoe selection. You may also want to bring a light layer for after sundown as the temperature can drop quite a bit.
How to prepare for higher elevation
Nestled in the Wasatch Mountains, Park City is perched at an altitude of 6,400 - 8,300 feet. Please drink plenty of water during your stay to fend off altitude sickness. We want you to feel your best!
Kids
While we love your children, we thank you in advance for honoring our decision to have our wedding be an adult only occasion. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and appreciate you making prior arrangements.
Guests
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated.
If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.
Venue
The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all take place at the Hoffman residence in Mountain Ranch Estates. The address will be provided on the formal wedding invitation.
Transportation
We will ask all guests to please park their vehicles down the street in the Trailside Elementary School parking lot. There will be shuttle service circling to bring our guests up the hill to the house. You are also welcome to Uber as everything is fairly close and easy to navigate!
Travel
Park City is just 35 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport, located on the Northwest side of town. You can use private transportation, rent a car at the airport, or elect to use Uber or Lyft. We find that many people just Uber around since it is all fairly close but the choice is yours!
